Will I be given meal plans?It will depend on your plan. A customised nutrition plan is included in Elite and Core. These meal plans are created based on your preferences, lifestyle, and nutritional needs. If you prefer not to have a meal plan, please let me know, and I can adjust the approach.

How long is the commitment for coaching?All plans require an 12-week commitment to ensure consistent progress. If you decide to pay 12 weeks upfront, you will receive discounted pricing.

Can I work with you if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?Yes, I can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. I cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free needs. Support will be provided to make adjustments as needed.

Do you offer discounts for longer commitments?Yes - I offer a discount when the full 12-week commitment is paid upfront.
