I specialise in endurance, strength and weight-class sports. I also have expertise in plant based diets, cultural foods, and helping clients establish good relationship with food. My journey into fitness began with the goal of losing weight. Like many, I thought getting lean was the key to feeling good in my body — but years of yo-yo dieting and an unhealthy relationship with food left me feeling frustrated and stuck. I was constantly chasing results without understanding how to fuel myself properly.
It wasn’t until I shifted my focus to strength and performance that things began to change. As I moved away from restrictive habits and started prioritising nourishment, I saw not just physical progress, but real improvements in energy, mood, and confidence.
That lived experience is what drives my approach today. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice, to tie your self-worth to how you look, and to struggle with food guilt. And I also know what’s possible when you step out of that cycle.
