I have worked with Vinu for the last 8 weeks in the Elevate Your Plate program. I chose to attend the webinars to complement the one on one nutrition coaching offered with the program. I found the webinar topics interesting and they helped further build my understanding of nutrition.

Vinu approaches nutrition coaching in a way that makes it easy to understand and with lots of passion. I found her meal planning had plenty of flexibility to allow me to not only cook nutritious meals for myself but also for my whole family. Lots of options were given for meal ideas, but also templates were given to assist you to build your own meals. Support was readily available when I had any questions. I found the fortnightly check in kept my motivation and accountability in check!

    No, nutrition can be adapted to any lifestyle or dietary preference. I'll teach you how to incorporate healthy, nutrient-dense foods into your meals while considering your personal goals and preferences.
  • Will I be given meal plans?
    It will depend on your plan. A customised nutrition plan is included in Elite and Core. These meal plans are created based on your preferences, lifestyle, and nutritional needs. If you prefer not to have a meal plan, please let me know, and I can adjust the approach.
  • How long is the commitment for coaching?
    All plans require an 12-week commitment to ensure consistent progress. If you decide to pay 12 weeks upfront, you will receive discounted pricing.
  • Can I work with you if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
    Yes, I can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. I cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free needs. Support will be provided to make adjustments as needed.
  • Do you offer discounts for longer commitments?
    Yes - I offer a discount when the full 12-week commitment is paid upfront. If you’re planning to stick with coaching longer term (like 6 months or more), feel free to reach out - I’m happy to chat about options or let you know if any loyalty or bundle offers are available.
